Terms of Service
These terms cover the use of alearuca.com and of FFL Funnels Addons, the WordPress plugin I provide to clients as part of my development and maintenance services.
Who I am. Alejandro Aruca, an independent web developer operating as a sole proprietor in Florida, United States. Contact: aruca.ale@gmail.com.
The website
This site is provided for information. Its content may change at any time. Nothing here forms a binding offer; project work is agreed separately in writing.
FFL Funnels Addons
The plugin is provided to clients as part of an agreed development or maintenance engagement. It is not sold separately and is not licensed for redistribution. You may install and use it on the websites covered by our engagement.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining your WordPress installation, for the accuracy of any credentials you provide, and for the privacy notices your website shows its own visitors.
Google Analytics
The reporting feature requires you to connect a Google account you control, or that you are authorised to use. Connecting grants read-only access to your Analytics data, used solely to display reports in your dashboard, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time.
Third-party services
The plugin communicates with Google Analytics. Your use of Google's services is governed by Google's own terms, over which I have no control. If Google changes or withdraws an API, the affected functionality may change or stop working.
No warranty
The plugin is provided "as is". I do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that analytics figures will match any other source exactly — tracking data is inherently approximate, and figures vary between measurement methods.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, my liability arising from the plugin or this website is limited to the amount you paid me for the engagement in the twelve months preceding the claim. I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.
Termination
Either of us may end an engagement as set out in our written agreement. On termination you may continue using the plugin version installed at that time; updates and support end.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Changes
I may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to active clients.
